Award Energy produced and Energy and Sustainability Report in support of Taylor Wimpey’s planning application for a proposed residential development of 150 dwellings.
We considered the issues surrounding sustainable construction, in particular, the measures incorporated into the design of the development to reduce the predicted energy usage of the site by at least 10% as per Rochdale Borough Council’s development policies.
