On construction Energy Performance Certificates are produced using SAP/SBEM methodology once an Air Test has been undertaken.
Required by Building Control to "sign off" a newly constructed building as complete, the EPC is also used to allow a building to be sold or let on the open market.
Whether Award Energy have completed your initial SAP calculations, or the original SAP assessor is not qualified to produce EPCs, Award Energy are still able to produce your EPCs.
