Award Energy are looking to recruit an additonal Construction Assessor within new-build Building Compliance.
We envisage that the successful applicant will, with training, progress to become a fully accredited SAP Assessor and Sustainability Consultant. Whilst training, the assessor will assist with energy assessments, reports and compliance calculations, including those for water and daylighting.
The ideal candidate will be IT and Maths literate, a logical thinker and familiar with using Google products, along with being friendly and comfortable with client contact. The successful applicant will ideally have a construction background and a knowledge of Building Regulations (particularly Part L) and SAP assessment methodology, although training will be given. Familiarity with Autocad would be preferable.
