SAP calculations are required to prove building regulations Part L compliance and are the first stage in the energy assessment process for residential housing projects.

As part of our service we offer advice to clients on how they can best achieve compliance in the most cost effective manner. Alterations from the design to completion stage are free of charge and our SAP assessors will also liaise with Building Control Officers on your behalf if required.
